4. Vehicle Purchase and Payment Terms
4.1 Purchase Process
Vehicle purchases require the following process:
- Selection of vehicle from available stock or back-order request
- Professional inspection and condition report
- Purchase agreement and payment terms
- Export processing and documentation
- Shipping arrangement and delivery
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit required to secure vehicle and begin export processing
- Balance payment due before shipping
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer (T/T)
- All payments must be received before vehicle release
- Prices quoted in USD and subject to change until deposit received
4.3 Pricing and Fees
All pricing includes:
- Vehicle purchase price
- Professional inspection service
- Export documentation and translation
- Basic marine insurance
- Shipping to destination port
Additional costs may include:
- Import duties and taxes at destination
- Customs clearance at destination
- Inland transport from port
- Optional comprehensive insurance
- Special modifications or repairs
5. Vehicle Condition and Inspection
5.1 Inspection Service
All vehicles undergo professional inspection by certified mechanics. Inspection reports include:
- Engine and transmission condition
- Body and interior condition
- Electrical systems functionality
- Safety systems inspection
- Photographic documentation
5.2 Condition Guarantee
We guarantee that:
- Vehicle condition matches inspection report description
- All documented issues are accurately disclosed
- Vehicle is mechanically sound as described
- All included accessories and features are functional
5.3 Limitation of Warranty
Our guarantee is limited to:
- Condition accuracy at time of export
- No warranty on normal wear and tear
- No warranty on future mechanical reliability
- No warranty against shipping damage (covered by insurance)
6. Cancellation and Return Policy
6.1 Customer Cancellation
Customers may cancel orders under the following conditions:
- Before export processing begins: Full refund minus administrative fee (5%)
- After export processing begins: Refund minus actual costs incurred
- After shipping: No refund available
- Cancellation must be requested in writing
6.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
- Vehicle fails inspection or becomes unavailable
- Customer fails to complete payment as agreed
- Export restrictions prevent shipment
- Force majeure events occur
6.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping Responsibility
We are responsible for:
- Export processing and documentation
- Delivery to shipping port in Japan
- Shipping arrangement to destination port
- Basic marine insurance coverage
7.2 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Import customs clearance
- Import duties and taxes
- Transport from destination port
- Vehicle registration in destination country
7.3 Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times:
- Vehicles: 1-3 months from export to arrival
- Parts: 2 weeks to 3 months depending on method
- Timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
8. Risk and Insurance
8.1 Risk Transfer
Risk transfers to customer upon loading onto vessel at Japanese port (FOB terms).
8.2 Insurance Coverage
Basic marine insurance includes:
- Total loss coverage
- General average contribution
- Major damage during transit
Comprehensive insurance available at additional cost covers:
- Minor damage and scratches
- Theft and vandalism
- Loading and unloading damage
9. Import Compliance
9.1 Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Understanding import regulations in their country
- Ensuring vehicle eligibility for import
- Obtaining required permits and approvals
- Compliance with local registration requirements
9.2 Documentation Support
We provide guidance and documentation but cannot guarantee:
- Successful import clearance
- Registration approval in destination country
- Compliance with changing regulations
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific vehicle or service.
10.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Delays in delivery or customs clearance
- Changes in import regulations
- Acts of government or customs authorities
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor disputes
- Shipping delays
- Port closures
- Pandemic or health emergencies
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
